Your entire office can do everyday tasks such as appointment scheduling, reporting, demographics, and more. The data is backed up both off-site and on location each night, and software and hardware maintenance is performed by us as well, eliminating the need to purchase and maintain your own server & software!

Secure File Transfer (SFPT)

Using a network scanner, your office's daily worksheets can be uploaded to us electronically - allowing your office to keep all original documents onsite, while instantly delivering to us what we need to get your billing done as quickly as possible.

Electronic Medical Records

Optionally available to users of our practice management software, your office can also take advantage of our electronic medical records (EMR) package. Electronic charting, prescriptions, transcription, labs, and more can be accessed from your PC - reducing paper usage, while saving time and money and creating a much more efficient office environment.

HIPPA Compliant Storage/Transfer

Our data is hidden behind a firewall that is only accessible via a VPN or SFTP, both of which offer secure data encryption. Our data storage method uses multiple redundant hard disk arrays to help guard against hardware failures, and our internet backbone connection features seven T1 lines that offer redundancy as well as fast performance.
